HORECA Sales Specialist

We are looking for a goal-oriented, ambitious, and talented salesperson for the gastronomy channel to work in Warsaw and its surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities
- establishing business relationships and developing cooperation with gastronomic clients in Warsaw and Mazovia, with a particular focus on specialty coffee shops,
- acquiring new clients and creating a model for their retention and loyalty building,
- conducting sales negotiations and concluding agreements with clients,
- planning and implementing sales activities to increase sales in the HORECA channel, based on coffee products and gastronomic equipment - coffee machines,
- analyzing and reporting sales results,
- planning, organizing, and executing promotional and image-building activities,
- preparing commercial offers,
- participating in industry events, including co-organizing cuppings and events at gastronomic clients' premises,
- active participation in product training,
- reporting activities through the CRM system.
Our requirements
- you have experience in sales to the gastronomic channel (HORECA),
- relationships with people, building, maintaining, and developing them is your passion,
- you are goal-oriented, and increasing your salary and competencies in the coffee industry is motivating for you,
- you are proactive, independent, and goal-oriented (ownership),
- you want to have full control over your salary growth,
- you have a category B driving license,
- you enjoy working in a team,
- you have a desire to work with a high-quality, craft product.
Nice to have
- you have knowledge of the coffee industry / specialty coffee industry,
- you have English language proficiency at B2 level,
- you have SCA coffee certifications,
- you have ease and willingness to work with gastronomic equipment.
