Junior Coffee Machine Service Technician
Salary: 5,500 - 6,500 PLN gross / month – Employment Contract
Location: Warsaw and surrounding areas – mobile work, starting the day at our headquarters in Wolica, near Janki.

Responsibilities
- Preparing for the workday by picking up parts, tools, and materials from our headquarters in Wolica.
- Performing maintenance and periodic inspections of coffee machines at our clients' locations – in companies, offices, and catering establishments.
- Support with minor repairs, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
- Occasional delivery of coffee, filters, and accessories to clients.
- Reporting completed service activities and updating information regarding serviced devices.
- Caring for tools, entrusted equipment, and maintaining order at the workplace.
- Representing the LaCava brand during service visits and building positive relationships with clients.
- Cooperating with the service team and reporting demand for parts and materials.
Requirements and Qualifications – who are we looking for?
- Technical aptitude and willingness for manual work.
- Desire to learn and develop in the field of professional coffee equipment service.
- Positive attitude and communication skills in client interactions.
- Diligence, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Good organization of own work and independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Readiness for mobile work in Warsaw and surrounding areas.
- Category B driving license – essential.
Nice to have
- Experience in work related to service, technology, logistics, or transport.
- Experience as a driver or in work requiring regular travel to clients.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrics, or device construction.
- Interest in coffee and a desire to learn about the operation of professional coffee machines.

Why is it worth it?
We do not require many years of experience in servicing coffee machines. For us, technical aptitude, responsibility, a desire to learn, and a positive attitude towards clients are most important.
We will teach you how to diagnose faults, conduct inspections, and service various brands of devices. Over time, you will take on increasingly independent tasks and develop into a professional coffee machine service technician.
