Production Worker – Coffee and Tea Packaging
Salary: 5,000 – 6,000 PLN gross / month – Employment Contract or Mandate Contract

Responsibilities
- Packaging coffee and tea in accordance with applicable quality standards.
- Operating production machines used in the packaging process.
- Completing orders according to the production plan.
- Meticulously counting packaged quantities and reporting work results.
- Labeling products according to applicable procedures.
- Quality control of prepared products.
- Maintaining order and organization of the workstation.
- Cooperation with other members of the production team.
Requirements and Qualifications – who do we need?
- Good work organization and ability to perform tasks in accordance with established procedures.
- Accuracy, conscientiousness, and responsibility for assigned duties.
- Readiness for physical work related to daily production tasks.
- Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards cooperation.
- Attention to detail and high quality standards.
- Commitment and willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience in a similar production or warehouse position is a plus.

Our roastery is located in Wolica near Jankami.
