Job Offer - Junior Sales Specialist


 

We don't require experience - your attitude and desire to grow in sales are much more important to us.

You can count on our full support - we will take care of you from day one and provide you with practical sales knowledge, making goal achievement as realistic as possible.

However, we are looking for individuals who have determination and a "no matter the situation - I can do it" attitude.

LaCava is a specialty coffee roastery. We've been doing it with passion since 2009. We love coffee and want to deliver it in its best, most beautiful, and highest quality form. We want to teach about good coffee, show its different facets, and surprise our customers with unexpected flavors. We provide all the necessary tools for brewing, such as automatic espresso machines and accessories for alternative brewing methods. We are a leader in Poland in contract leasing for B2B clients, providing coffee and service.

Junior Sales Specialist

Salary: 6,000 – 18,000 PLN net (+ VAT) / month | B2B contract

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships - working with warm leads.
  • Conducting sales calls and tailoring offers to customer needs.
  • Achieving designated sales targets - the target is realistic, if you exceed it, it means you are the good salesperson we are looking for :)
  • Ensuring quality contact and positive customer experiences.
  • Team collaboration - active information exchange and mutual feedback with other sales department members.
  • Representing the LaCava brand in contact with potential customers and maintaining a positive company image.
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database in CRM – documenting contacts and managing the sales pipeline.
  • 70% field work (Warsaw and surroundings), 30% office work (Wolica near Warsaw).

Requirements and Qualifications – who do we need?

  • You have initial sales experience (welcome).
  • You are a confident, communicative person who can conduct engaging conversations.
  • You can adapt to various situations and work under pressure.
  • You don't wait for step-by-step instructions but actively seek solutions and act proactively.
  • You know what you want and consistently pursue your goals, you have determination and a hunger for results.
