We provide all the necessary brewing equipment, such as automatic espresso machines and accessories for alternative brewing methods. We are a leader in Poland in B2B contractual rentals, providing coffee and service.

Lead Generation Specialist

Salary: PLN 9,000 – 14,000 net / month - B2B contract | PLN 8,000 - 12,000 gross / month - Employment Contract

Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new B2B clients – cold mailing and cold calling to companies to acquire potential clients and schedule meetings with individuals at a later stage of the sales process.
  • Actively leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Building relationships, qualifying leads, and transferring them to the next stage of the sales process – presenting the benefits of cooperation with LaCava, engaging potential clients in conversations.
  • Scheduling coffee tastings or discovery calls – the key goal of conversations is to encourage companies to test our coffee or to schedule a sales call with the person responsible for closing deals.
  • Maintaining and updating the client database in CRM – documenting contacts and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Close cooperation with the sales team – active information exchange and mutual feedback with other members of the sales department.
  • Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities to reach companies with the greatest potential for cooperation.
  • Representing the LaCava brand in contact with potential clients and maintaining a positive company image.
  • Reporting results and sharing insights that can help optimize the sales process.

Requirements and Qualifications – who are we looking for?

  • Outbound experience in a similar position – minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales closing, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • High level of energy, determination, and a winning mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills – clear and convincing presentation of the offer, ability to conduct phone conversations.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills – a natural ability to persuade people and build relationships is crucial. We need someone who can lead conversations confidently and convincingly.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in sales – openness to feedback, testing new sales techniques, and participating in regular calibration meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Ability to build relationships and conduct engaging conversations – ease in establishing contact and reaching decision-makers.
  • Strong motivation to achieve results – focus on achieving sales targets and proactivity in action.
  • Organization and ability to work with CRM – systematic management of the client database and sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
